1. No cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled at least 5 days before the date of assignment..
2. 10% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled between 2 – 5 days before the date of assignment..
3. 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 2 days before the date of assignment.
4. 100% of the cancellation fee received towards cancellation after the assignment
C) REFUND POLICY
This shall be as per bank terms and conditions. The back-end team shall request a refund through the payment gateway Dashboard.
Note: The Refund shall be processed within 14 work days after all document and procedures is done and shall be credited to the mode of payment from which the tourist made the payment.
